The boys are back in town!

I sure missed these little dudes. 10 days is one of the longest stretches that they see their dad and I missed them A LOT! Visitation is the HARDEST part of being a single parent. Hands down. Their dad is going through a tough time, and so the stories that come back sometimes make me cringe a little, but it is a good lesson for me in FAITH and TRUST in God knowing that HIS hand is on my boys, wherever they are. {And God is teaching me that situations can ALWAYS be worse, so today I choose to be thankful for what the boys and I DO have.} Because they are happy boys and today - they are SO happy to be home. I could just see their eyes light up, and I swear that Trevor chatters non stop telling me all his stories and things he wants to do on the way home. <3 And my heart melts. Which it pretty much does any time I look at their little faces.

There really isn't any other point to this post other than to say I am SO happy to have my boys home! Woohoo! The boys are back in town! :)

  1. Thanks for checking out my blog! It's nice to see how much you care about your boys. You are very strong to be a single mother- I couldn't imagine what it must be like.
    Have a nice week!
